As required by Arkansas Act 676 to record Vaccination Exemption:

 

  1. St. Joseph Catholic School has twenty two (22) students who have been granted by the Department of Health an exemption from requirement to obtain one (1) or more vaccinations as required by the law. 

  2. The percentage of students within our school granted from the Department of Health a vaccination exemption of 5%.

  3. The number of students who have failed to provide proof of vaccinations required by the state and have not obtained an exemption from the Department of Health is zero (0).

  4. The percentage of students within the school who have failed to provide proof of vaccinations required by the state and have not obtained an exemption from the Department of Health is 0.00%.
